Debug Engineering was regionally recognised as the "Best Service
Centre in Asia" by EPSON. The award was made at the recently concluded
"Epson Service Meet" held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The criteria for
the evaluation was based on factors such as the Turn Around Time (TAT),
Reporting Structure, Quick Adoption of Process and the Technical
Expertise of the Engineers.
"Debug's commitment to customer service and our service level
standards together with a well-qualified and experienced engineering
team are the key factors which contributed to us receiving this award",
said Senior General Manager, Engineering and Customer Services, Niranjan
