Harith Samarasinghe of Royal College receiving the award for the Best Fresher from Chairman, Royal-Thomian Joint Committee, Harendra Wijedasa at the 37th Royal Thomian 50 Over Cricket Encounter at SSC grounds last weekend.

The Best Bowling Performance of the Match - 3 wickets for 27 runs in only 7 overs earned him the award. Principal Royal College, Upali Gunasekera and the Warden St. Thomas’ College Prof. Indra de Soyza, senior officials of the sponsors Etisalat and members of the organising committee were also present.
