The choreography, the Hair, Make-up and Dressing is in the capable hands of the Guild of Qualified Hairdressers and Beauty Therapists (GQHBT). The Guild comprises the Vice President Ranmali Gunawardana, the Artistic Director Ramzi Rahaman. The Jt Treasurers are Nilusha Kariyawasam and Geetha Kanagarathne, the Secretary Jayanthi Panchalatha and the President Govendoline Kuhatheva who is also the organiser of Ms. Lanka 2012. The official dress designer is Twinza Designs and Soft Logic will provide the official computer facilities.

Annually the Ms. Sri Lanka Beauty Pageant is supported by Mrs. M Jabeer, Director Asian Fabrics, Lucille Dahanayake, Chairperson Hermes International, Ramya Weerakoon, Chairperson Ramya Holdings, Shanthi Outschoora, Executive Director of Pico Events, Kanthi Basnayake, Asoka Casiechetty and many others who have made the annual event a success. Sterling Flowers, Studio B7, the Grand Oriental Hotel and AV Systems are the other sponsors of the pageant.
