Ms Sri Lanka 2012 - Beauty for a Cause:

Thirteen vie for Ms Lanka 2012

Four days ago the first interview for the participants for Ms Sri Lanka 2012 was held and it was quite a dauntingtask selecting the thirteen featured in the photograph. Training sessions will begin soon, followed by the mini title pageants which will be worked off in September.

The mini titles are Ms Talent, Ms Beautiful Smile, Ms Body Beautiful, Ms Catwalk, Ms Crowning Glory, Ms Personality, Ms Photogenic, Ms Congeniality, Ms Natural Dress and Ms Beautiful Skin. The mini titles will be held at the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre. Ms Mary Pieris - Ms Lanka 2011 will assist in training the contestants.

Beginning next week the Sunday Observer Most Popular Contestant will be published and readers will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite contestant.Ms Lanka 2012 is organised by Gwendoline Kuhatheva, Director Technique International and the Sunday Observer is the print media sponsor.
