State Literary Festival

The State Literary Festival - Jathika Kala Prasadini Ulela 2012 organised by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and Art will be held from September 28-30 at the Pattalagedara Teachers' Training College, Veyangoda under the patronage of Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa.

The first two days of the literary and arts festival will be devoted to music and dance competitions conducted by local art centres and veteran local dancers and musicians will be felicitated, said Cultural Affairs and Art Minister T.B. Ekanayake.

The final day will be dedicated to literary work.
