Virtusa Corporation, a global IT services company that offers a range of information technology services said that it has been recognised as a key R and D service provider for 2012 in the category of Independent Software Vendors (ISV) - Enterprise Software by Zinnov, a leading globalisation and market expansion advisory firm.

A company spokesman said, "The Zinnov study titled, 'Global R and D Service Providers (GSPR) Rating 2012', incorporates many countries including the US, India, China, Russia and Eastern Europe. The annual assessment is undertaken by Zinnov to help business leaders make qualified global engineering initiatives and to assist them in identifying the right partners."
