The Bournemouth and Poole College (B and PC) of England will
launch its portfolio of higher education employment-ready
qualifications through Key Academy, Sri Lanka.
Key Academy will conduct a range of internationally recognised
qualifications that are employment ready, for young people to obtain
academic or vocational education qualifications relevant to career
ambitions and abilities.
Principal of B and PC, Lawrence Vincent, commending Key Academy
for the initiative taken to introduce 'employable' qualifications
into industry sectors, said, it required not only theoretical
knowledge but more importantly, hands-on experience.
"We impart knowledge and skills to help secure the future career
paths that young people want," he said.
Key Academy's Director Programs and Curriculum, Shafeek Wahab
said that B and PC is one of the largest further education colleges
in England and students from the Middle East, Latin America, Asia,
Africa and Eastern Europe and Sri Lanka infuse international
standards that are imperative to achieving the country's development
goals.
"The global traveller is now very discerning and will not accept
sub-standard service or facilities.
The Key Academy is committed to providing the best all-round
experience required for employment and even for continued education
aligned to expected global norms," he said.
