Sunil in the men's light weight under 60 weight category in
the Indo-Sri Lanka duel Boxing Championship at the
Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium yesterday. Sri Lanka won the

Sri Lanka beat India 4-3 at the International Duel Boxing
Championship to win the MAS Holding Challenge Cup at the Sugathadasa
Indoor Stadium yesterday.
The Lankan pugilists gave a good display with two men and two women
winning their bouts quite easily.
In the women's light fly weight under 48 kgs category Anusha
Kodituwakku was the cynosure of all eyes as she ended her boxing career
for her country on a high note defeating India's Pooja Tokas with a big
margin 27-11.
Light weight under 60 kgs: Anuradha Gunatileka (Sri Lana) beat Sunil
(India) 18-13.
Bantam weight under 54 kgs Women: Priya (India ) beat Vidushika Prabadhi
(Sri Lana) 29-14.
Light fly weight under 49 kgs. (Men): Amith Singh (India) beat Eranga
Madushan (Sri Lanka) 12-9.
Fly weight under 51 kgs (Women): Erandi de Silva (Sri LanKa ) beat
Shvinder Kaur Sidhu (India) 14-8.
Bantam weight under 56 kgs (Men): Gayan Jayaweera (Sri Lanka ) beat
Abahy Singh (India)22-11.
Light fly weight 48 kgs (Women): Anusha Kodituwakku (Sri Lanka) beat
