D-Link set to expand
D-Link, the end-to-end networking products company plans to enhance
its presence in Sri Lanka. The company is making significant investments
in strengthening its position as a network player in Sri Lanka.
CEO, D-Link for India and SAARC, Tushar Sighat said, "Sri Lanka
continues to be one of the key markets for us in the SAARC region, and
we are focused on setting up strong brand credibility in the region."
"We have already set up our distribution network in Sri Lanka and are
now enhancing our presence across the country. With the appointment of
Bishwajit Sutradhar as Country Manager for Sri Lanka, we are confident
that D-Link will soon be a leader in the networking domain in Sri Lanka,
and replicate its success story in this region as well," he said.
Country Manager, D-Link, Sri Lanka, Bishwajit Sutradhar brings with
him over 15 years of experience in sales and business development in IT
domain. With his market knowledge and business management skills he will
enhance D-Link's market share and set up a strong brand value in
networking space. Prior to joining D-Link, Sutradhar had a stint with
organisations such as Cyberoam, Avaya, Linksys. He was a part of D-Link
India from 2004 to 2008.
As part of the strategy D-Link held multi-city roadshows in Colombo,
Matara, Negombo and Kandy recently to introduce D-Link networking
products. Live product demos were also held to give partners first hand
product experience. |
