POLICE RUBY: Prime Minister's Security Division emerged champions at
the Inter-Division Police Rugby Football Tournament concluded at the
Bogambara Stadium, Kandy. This Ten-a-Side two-day tournament was held
among the best teams selected out of the 38 police Division teams.
The first round matches played earlier in Colombo. Results:Cup
Champs: Prime Minister's Security Division Team, Runners-up - Police
Training School Team.
Plate Champs: STF Team, Runners-up - Hatton Police Team.
Bowl Champs: Minister's Security Division Team, Runners-up - Kandy
Police Team.
Shield Champs: Polonnaruwa Police Team, Runners-up - Kegalle Police
Team.
