Janashakthi empowers three-wheel drivers

Two three-wheel drivers received new three-wheelers from Janashakthi Insurance following an islandwide sticker promotion.

Ajith Kumara Wandabona of Beliatte and A.G. Nadeeka Senevirathna of Mahiyangana were the winners of a raffle draw held following the promotion.

The winners were selected from over 11,000 people who sent in coupons. The first prize winner was picked by Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Jude Fernando while National Sales Manager, General Sales, Suresh Basnayake picked the second prize winner.

A senior Tax Officer representing the Department of Revenue (Western province) was also present at the ceremony.

Apart from empowering three-wheel drivers, the promotion also added value to Janashakthi's ongoing personal accident cover scheme. To be covered by this scheme, drivers have to display the Janashakthi sticker on the back of their three-wheelers.
