A new water project for Soranawatta in
Horana, was commis-sioned recently by the Water Supply and
Drainage Ministry, on the initiative from Kalutara district
parliamentarian Vidura Wickra-manayaka. Thirty families will

People took part in the Nilwala walk, a
distance of three kilometre from Godagama towards Galle
along the Southern Expressway prior to its official opening
by President Mahinda Rajapaksa on 15 March. Youth Affairs

several Southern Politicians took part in the walk.
