Two secretaries appointed

With effect from yesterday, former Public Administration Ministry
Secretary P.B. Abeykoon assumed duties as Secretary to President
Maithripala Sirisena. Abeykoon is a senior officer of the Sri Lanka
Administrative Service since 1982 with vast experience.
In addition former secretary to the Ministry of Environment and
Sustainable Energy B.M.U.D. Basnayake has been appointed Secretary to
the Ministry of Defence and Urban Development. Basnayake is a senior
officer in the Sri Lanka Administrative Service officer with years of
vast experience.
