Mihin Lanka increases flights to Seychelles

Mihin Lanka, Sri Lanka's national low-cost carrier, has extended flight operations to the Seychelles by providing three weekly flights to the islands providing a quick and convenient flight route to the Seychelles.

Imalka Senadhira who resides in the United States travels to many destinations around the world on a regular basis and has flown on leading airlines.

Recently, she needed to increase her travel to the Seychelles after her husband was posted there on work. Since Mihin Lanka introduced a direct flight from Colombo to Mahe, she and her daughter have added trips to Sri Lanka to their travel itinerary and visit the Seychelles two to three times a year.

Mihin Lanka has experienced immense growth in passenger and cargo transport to the Seychelles over a short period and flights to the Seychelles have contributed significantly to the airline's income.

Mihin Lanka which was launched in 2007 operates across many destinations in the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East and South East Asia.
