Lankem Paints launches novel Avurudu promotion

Lankem Paints Ltd, launched a novel pre-Sinhala and Tamil New Year promotion yesterday.

An unidentified mystery visitor 'Mr. Robbialac' will be present at various times, on various days at outlets islandwide. He will observe customers who purchase a Lankem Robbialac product.

If 'Mr. Robbialac' appears while one is in the process of purchasing a Lankem Robbialac Emulsion or Weathercoat four-litre product, the lucky customer will automatically win a four-litre bucket of Robbialac paint as a gift.

The promotion ends on March 31. Director, Lankem Ceylon PLC, Ruwan T. Weerasinghe said, "Colour washing or re-painting homes has long been a part of New Year customs and traditions. We all know that April and December are the peak months for domestic purchases of paints.
