Foundation stone laid for Ceylinco Life branch

Ceylinco Life has launched construction work on a two-storey building on company owned land in Wennappuwa, investing further in enhancing the services it provides customers in the area.

The office building on the 37.4 perches of land at Rex Dias Piyanama Mawatha, Wennappuwa will accommodate five branches and offer ample parking for customers. It is pre-designed for future expansion, a company official said.

The building with a floor area of approximately 5,600 square feet will be fully air-conditioned and have solar power, rainwater harvesting and natural lighting, making it environment-friendly.

The foundation stone was laid by the Managing Director and CEO, Ceylinco Life, R. Renganathan. Other representatives of the company were also present.

It is due to be completed in September.

Ceylinco Life operates one of the largest branch networks in Sri Lanka's life insurance industry, giving it a physical presence in 142 cities, towns and villages in each one of the island's 25 districts.
