A recorded public talk on "Silence as the Ground of the Eternal" delivered by the late Indian sage Jiddu Krishnamurthi will be replayed at the Anula Nursery School, High level Road, Colombo 6 today at 9.45 a.m.

It is organised by the Krishnamurti Centre, Sri Lanka Inc.

A ceremony to felicitate popular artiste Berty Gunatilleke on his 91st birthday will be held on Sunday, August 30 at 2.00 p.m. at the Colombo Public Library Auditorium.

The event is organised by the Sirilaka Eksath Kala Sandhanaya, in aid of his future welfare.
