Cyclists crash at National sports festival

Three cyclists and a media photographer were hospitalized following an accident that occurred at the cycle race at the National Sports Festival held in Bulathsinghala yesterday morning. The incident took place when the video cameraman was capturing the action at the cycling event.

He was knocked down to the ground by a speeding rider causing two more cyclists to crash. The injured were rushed to the Bulathsinhala Base Hospital and their conditions are being monitored.
