Corporate Etiquette Training program

A one-of-a-kind programme centering on 'Personality Development and Corporate Etiquette' will be offered by IPM Sri Lanka and Corporate Etiquette Trainer, Kumar de Silva who counts nearly thirty years experience working and interacting with many people from different organisations across Sri Lanka's multi-disciplined corporate sector.

He shares his experiences, gained in Sri Lanka and France to help Corporates gain confidence, enhance their social performance levels and navigate their personal role in the journey to success.

This programme is aimed at employees who come into direct contact with customers and the public. The course content is home-grown and crafted with a Sri Lankan flavour in an international context, and consists of five interactive segments.
