'Food and Bake Colombo 2016' in May

Food and Bake Colombo 2016, the premier food exhibition in Sri Lanka organised by CDC Events will be held at the BMICH from May 6-8, a media release said.

The event will provide an opportunity for food companies and hospitality industry suppliers around the globe to showcase their valued products and services to a targeted audience under one roof.

It is organised by CDC Events with the support of the Chef's Guild of Lanka. 'Food and Bake Colombo 2016' will facilitate trade buyers and sellers to promote their products in a lively and efficient manner.

A series of culinary competitions and demonstrations have been lined up to entertain visitors.

This will not only be an opportunity to promote products and services, but will also be a forum to share ideas, knowledge and a meeting ground for all industry professionals.

Foreign companies showcasing their products and services at the exhibition will have an opportunity to meet representatives of leading supermarket chains, grocery stores and food importers, while introducing their products to food enthusiasts in the region, the release said.
