Suncity apartments in Moratuwa ready by July

Suncity Developers has completed a six-storey apartment complex in Moratuwa, comprising 20 fully functional apartments. Suncity Towers, Moratuwa is equipped with modern accessories and conveniences for residents and will be ready for occupation in July.

Suncity Towers Moratuwa is the 13th residential development project by Suncity Developers and the second apartment complex in Moratuwa. Another suburban apartment complex, Suncity Classic Towers Panadura comprising 45 apartments was completed and was sold out last year.

Chairman, Suncity Developers, Pinsiri Fernando said, "It is every young person's dream to own a house. For many, this will only be a dream. However, our apartments are affordable, and of quality, and comes with great conveniences to make life more successful, fulfilled and independent for this younger generation."

Each apartment has three bedrooms with en-suite tiled toilets, fitted with imported accessories. The dining and sitting areas are tiled to give owners easy-to-maintain options that need the least amount of tedious cleaning.

The pantry cum kitchen is installed with imported pantry cupboards. Residents have access to a common rooftop garden, full-sized swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium.

Suncity Towers is on Watson Peiris Mawatha, Moratuwa, about 100 metres from the Galle Road where residents have convenient access to supermarkets, schools, bus stops and banks.
