Modicon manufactures steel products such as supermarket shelves,
giant warehousing steel shelves and mezzanine and checker plates for the
past 25 years, while Protoyping turns out 3D Tech related models for
manufacturing and advertising companies.
3D tech transforms 'ideas into reality' and introduce 3D Tech to
guide business enterprises to stay ahead of the competition while saving
precious resources. Three dimensional printing will be used to prototype
parts before going into mass production to avoid flaws in the product.
Managing Director, Dakshitha Chandradasa said, "This technology will
save time and money and increase quality, efficiency and customer
loyalty. These printers will help customers to see the actual product
without having to try and imagine it."
The company's product range includes industrial shaves, logistics
equipment, storage solutions, designs and new product development.
"Our racking systems comprises light and medium duty racking, pallet,
cantilever and movable racking systems. We hope to promote our products
and technology at the Construction Exhibition in May at the BMICH," he
said. The company has already developed a large customer base - that
includes main supermarkets and retail outlets around the country. |
