Poem
Moon A Boon
Vincent Boon,
Went to moon,
But returned soon,
before noon.
Vincent went to moon,
to explore its boon,
Why he returned before noon?
To take his fork and spoon.

Modern Child
With huge hopes and aspirations
To be a doctor, engineer,
high professions!
Treat their parents with less
consideration
How sad about our future generation.
Dawn till night confined with education
No joys, no toys or even relaxation
Run after a mirage called ‘competition'
How sad that they live with restrictions
Not knowing about their future preparations
The mechanical brain causes destruction
Computer, their sole companion holds the highest position
But their poor old parents, in elders’ homes with mental agitation
What will happen in the future
The world wars had a reaction
They'll kill each other to win their positions
As the ‘modern child’ does not know about limitations.

Nature
A circle of good times
A bundle of bad times
Groups laugh
Families listen
Nature so nice
Life in this world
Is but a dream

Friends
Friend in need and friends indeed
Good friends are trustworthy
Bad friends are troublesome
Lord Buddha said, “we must select our friends wisely”
Lord Jesus said, “there are good friends and bad friends”
Some friends are helpful
Others are unhelpful

Friendship
Friendship is like an onion,
Which has many layers,
It adds taste to our lives
If we try to cut it,
We will have tears in our eyes,
And there are thousands of ships floating by.
But its not like the friendship that is deep in our hearts.
It cannot be bought or sold,
Its value is far greater than mountains of gold.
It doesn't lie between our lives,
True friendship lasts forever until we die.
Try making friends wherever you go, that's the best way,
FRIENDS FOR TODAY, TOMORROW AND ALWAYS.
