BFL to conduct sevens tourney for clubs and schools

Bandarawela Football League (BFL) is arranging an open Seven-a-Side football tournament among clubs and a schools football tournament for boys under 19 at Bandarawela.

According to the Secretary M.S.M. Zarook these tournaments are being conducted in order to promote the standard of football in the area, which is reported to be deteriorating.

All clubs and schools are requested to communicate with Zarook at Zonal Education Office, Bandarawela regarding the above two tournaments.

Arrangements are also being made by Zarook to conduct football coaching camp for school teachers at St. Thomas' College, Bandarawela on April 25. The schools are requested to communicate with Zarook in this regard.
