Tamara heads Interim Committee for netball A former President of the Netball Federation of Sri Lanka Tamara Dharmakeerthi Herath who is also the Asian representative for the sport has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Interim Committee for Netball by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Johnston Fernando. The others in this committee are: Anoma Jayawardena and Surangani Wijendra - a double internation in athletics and netball. NFSL was dissolved by the minister due to various irregularities. |
