The Issadeen brothers, Yasir and Yaseen of S. Thomas' College, Mt.Lavinia will mount Sri Lanka's hopes at two international squash events - the Milo All Star Junior Championships to be held in Malaysia and the Wilson Junior Squash Open in Singapore this month.

Elder brother Yaseer, who will be competing in the under-15 age category is a very talented squash player who has already won many local titles. He is also a member of the Thomian swimming team which has several records to its credit.

Younger brother Yaseen, seen as a future prospect for the immense talent he imbibes, will compete in the under-11 age group.

Hailing from a family of sportsmen, three younger brothers too having taken to squash, Yasir and Yaseen are coached by E. Ravichandran, a national player, and have also been under the wings of a foreign coach. Prior to taking wing last week, the duo said they looked forward to bringing honour to their motherland.

They are being sponsored by Ajmal Traders (Pvt) Ltd. and Trident Holdings of Botswana.
