The Dulux Mercantile Open Individual Championship of the Mercantile Badminton Association (MBA) sponsored by CIC Paints Limited will be staged at the S. Thomas' College Indoor Stadium, Mount Lavinia from August 16 to 19.

The best players in the country, including past and present national champions (both men and women) will be featured for their respective establishments.

There will be events for those over 40 and over 50 years too, in addition to the normal events. There will also be a Plate competition for the losers in the first-round.

Entries close on August 8 with Secretary of the MBA, Ms. Thushara Thotawatte at Mashraq Bank, 245 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
