25 men and 12 women for 2nd round of Abdeen Cup

Twenty five men and 12 women qualified to play in the second round of the third Abdeen Cup at the Y2K bowling centre at Millennium Park at Darley Road.

The tournament is sponsored by Abdeen Jewellers.

Sixty nine registered for the Tournament and the number has been pruned down to 25 for the second round.

The finals will be held on Saturday December 28.

The 25 men with the points scored in brackets are as follows:

Bimal Yainne(200), Erosh Goonawardene(198), J.Raja(187), M.Asif(186), Roshan Kaluarachchi(184), M.Zarook(181), O.Sulaiman(180), Shantha Perera(169), Tariq Mirzaa(166), Ajith Fernando(164), Sabeer Saleem(162), I.Vijay(160), Asanga Abanpola(156), Yohan Gunaratne(152), Dilan Savio(149),B. Edinton(149), Naushad Ismail(149), B.Lye( 148), Shanaka Peiris(147), Sajaad Mawzoon(146), Indika Aponso(143), Sanjeev Nandakumar(139), Trevine Felsinger(137), Roshan(136) and Shehan Peterson(136).

The 12 women who qualified are:
