'Shining Light' a new experience

Suresh David whose poignant song 'Daddy' became a popular hit over the airwaves of SLBC has released a new CD called 'Shining Light' which is a compilation of his original gospel songs, traditional hymns, selected songs from his audio cassette 'All You Need Is Love' which was released in 2000 and of course his popular singles 'Daddy' and 'Son of a Man' which Suresh David recorded in Nigeria in 1979.

'Shining Light' is also available on audio cassette. The CD containing seventeen tracks were mixed and recorded at Chennai and the music arranged and directed by the Chennai keyboardist Prakash Williams.

Suresh produced the CD which is now available at all Torana outlets and Christian organisations. The musical orchestration includes keyboards, bass and lead guitars, saxophone and drums with vocal harmony by 'the Octet Cantible'. Suresh who confesses that music is his forte, side stepped a career in accountancy to give expression to his music talents. With a rich and smooth voice Suresh's interpretations of the songs is a new kind of experience. Give-a-listen!
