The new chief of the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission Major General Tryggve Tellefsen and his predecessor Maj.Gen. Trond Furuhovede will meet the LTTE chief Veluppillai Prabhakaran and the theoretician of the organisation, Dr. Anton Balasingham on Wednesday, sources said.
