Bring back memories of good old days

Assistant General Manager (Operations and Marketing) K.G.A.B. Amaradasa, Managing Editor Tamil Publications N.M. Ameen, Manager (Credits) V.S. Bois, and Manager (Buildings and Maintenance) W.P.G.C. Jayamegha are carrying bamboo sticks to make a raft.

A management training programme titled `Outward Bound" was held recently at Dambulu Oya for senior executives and desk heads of ANCL to familiarise them with latest managerial techniques.

The program made the executives to return to their school days, with some adventure sports.

Climbing the Ritigala Rock, trekking in the forest and rowing in a reservoir on a raft made by them were some of the adventure sports that tested their physical fitness, and team spirit.

The participants who are all above or in their mid-thirties commented that the program gave them an opportunity to relax a little bit from their busy schedules at ANCL and to interact with nature, and also work together as a team for a common goal.
