Eco-friendly houses from Ceylinco

Eden Gardens at Thalawathugoda, the new housing project of Ceylinco Homes International is built around the theme eco-friendliness and harmony with nature.

The internationally reputed architect firm Harvey and Abignano of Australia together with the vastly experienced Design Consortium Limited headed by Professor Lakshman De Alwis have been commissioned by Ceylinco Homes International to make this concept a reality.

The houses are specifically designed to give an 'open' feeling to the houses as walls are limited to only those that are essential to building shape and form.

Each house will have an area of about 2,000 - 3,000 square feet upwards with each house having three to four bedrooms. Home owners also gain the availability of many modern amenities such as 24-hour security service, solid waste management, and secure living environment as well as recreational facilities such as swimming-pool, gymnasium, squash, tennis and badminton courts and a mini-market within the premises.
