Janashakthi Insurance Company Ltd. has tied up with Commercial Bank to extend its Life Insurance premium payment network. This will enable all Janashakthi Life policyholders to pay their premia through the 110 strong branch network of Commercial Bank in addition to the 90 Janashakthi branches.

"Life insurance is a long-term contract which is the fundamental difference compared to General Insurance. Life policyholders are required to keep their policies active to ensure that they are entitled to the benefits that accrue to them or their loved ones in the event of an unforseen event.

Therefore, it is essential to enhance the service provided to Life policyholders and establish a wider coverage to facilitate their premium payments," said Ravi Liyanage, Assistant General Manager (Sales and Marketing), Janashakthi Insurance.
