Strategic leadership Dr. Frank Morgan, Global Head, Leadership and Executive Development, Dow Chemical world Headquarters, Michigan, USA will address CEOs and senior management at the Colombo Plaza Hotel Ballroom on February 18 and 19. The topic is 'Strategic Leadership for Global Competitive Advantage'. The two day advanced management and professional development programme will be bringing the best of US executive education to South Asia. At Dow Chemical, Dr. Morgan is responsible for the identification, assessment, mentoring and development processes of global leaders; individual development for the top 200 leaders and identified high potential leaders; team development and team performance analysis for the CEO and top management team; development of the CEO; development and delivery of strategic alignment and the communications process for the corporation's 4000 leaders around the globe; the design, development and delivery of early high-potential identification and training curriculum for Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Europe; the design and approval of university based executive education and graduate level courses supported by the company.
