Thirty-one Ministers take oaths before President

The thirty-one Ministers and Deputy Ministers of the United People's Freedom Alliance Government were sworn in before President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga at the President's House yesterday.

The Secretary to the President W.J.S.Karunaratne assisted at the ceremony where the family members and friends of the cabinet members and the senior party members were present.

The thirty one Ministers and their portfolios are as follows:-
