"It's all about music" says Wanya Whether it brings out emotion, makes you dance, sing along or provokes thought that's what is important. That's what the vibe is with us. We went back to a lot of our signature grooves, and just tried to give ourselves more character. It's one thing to be able to sing, which is a blessing. But it's another to show character within your vocals and give people something to, not only listen to but feel." Ten years ago Nathan Morris, Michael McCary, Shawn Stockman and Wayne Morris came together to charter their Grammy winning course backstage at a New Edition concert singing a cappella for New Edition member Michael Bivins and the next thing that happened to them was that they were centre stage performing for hundreds of thousands of people around the world. The print media sponsors for the show are Sunday Observer and Daily News. Electronic media are MTV/Channel 1/Sirasa TV with Yes FM/Classic FM. Tickets are priced at Rs. 5,000, Rs. 3,000, Rs. 1,500 and Rs. 1,000. |
