Hi-Tech Auto Mart in Kandy Mag City, Kandy will be launched in Kandy in August. It will be the second link in the chain of Mag City (Pvt.) Ltd., Darley Road, Colombo 10, the concept of Hi-Tech Auto Maintenance Super Mart project in Colombo to have all the vehicle needs under one roof. Mag City Kandy will be equipped with state-of-the-art computerized automated maintenance equipment imported from the USA, UK and Italy. The Italian collaborators Vehford Hi-Tech International Systems will be responsible for layout, installation, in-house training of technical staff, equipment maintenance, and workmanship by conducting monthly checks - the first organization in Kandy to have all these facilities under one roof. With the largest maintenance capacity, they intend to serve a big clientele with a very comprehensive maintenance service by a team of around 100 Technical School-qualified technicians/mechanics with wide experience in their respective fields. In addition, Mag City Kandy will have its own Spares Shop, Cafeteria and Cyber Cafe with free access to customers. "Reasonable charges for ultra-modern technology is our aim". And towards this end, they have made every effort to broadbase the services affordable for all. "Technical advancement should be accessible to all, no matter where they live" and "thus we intend opening our 2nd link in the Central Province in Kandy", to offer high-quality workmanship and spares for maximum satisfaction to owners of vehicles for minium charges for a greater number of vehicles. Mag City Kandy will offer high-standard vehicle repairs to all makes of vehicles in the categories - electrical, mechanical, electronics or body structure in conformity with manufacturers' specifications. The Spares Shop will stock genuine spares for all popular vehicle brands, popular brands of tyres/tubes, automotive batteries, leaf springs, alloy wheels, vehicle accessories and trinkets. They proudly announced that they would be the first in Kandy to offer a guarantee for quality workmanship and genuine spares. "Prompt and quick service would slash both Customer Waiting Time, and Ramp/Pit Time for the vehicles, giving more customer satisfaction. To back up this motto, our 24-hour Breakdown Service with Ramp-style Pick up truck would be functional even during public holidays."
