Procter & Gamble Lanka and Spectrum Marketing close agreement After 7 years of association, Procter & Gamble Lanka (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of the Procter & Gamble Company of the United States and Spectrum Marketing (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of Hemas Marketing (Private) Limited have mutually and amicably agreed to terminate the distribution agreement to pursue respective companies long-term interest in Sri Lanka. Both the companies are now working on setting up a smooth transition process till the alternate arrangements are made. Commenting on this event the Country Sales Manager for Procter & Gamble Lanka added that "We have had a very productive relationship with Spectrum over the last few years and we are committed to ensuring a seamless transition so that the trade and the consumers are not affected due to this change". |
