JAYATILEKE - IRIS GERALDINE The death occurred on 28th February 2005 of Mrs Iris Geraldine Jayatileke, much loved wife of late Brigadier Roy Jayatileke, beloved mother and  mother-in-law of late Sqdn. Leader Indra & late Dr Indrani Jayatileke, precious grand-mother-in-law of Ianthi & Naushad Idris, Lakmini & Renuka Lenagala & Eeshani and darling great grandmother of Zhara, Tahani, Rayhan & Kavesh. A private funeral was held on Tuesday, 1st March 2005 according to her wishes. 118/13, Samagipura Mawatha, Wattegedara Road, Nawinna, Maharagama.

RAJARATNAM - MRS NASAMMAH Formerly of 32, Ward Place, Colombo 7, passed away peacefully on 30th December 2004 in London, where her funeral took place on 5 January 2005. She was the widow of Mr R. Rajaratnam and mother of Raj, Rajan and Mallika, mother-in-law of Heidi and Sooriyar and grandmother to Jeremy, Nicola, Dayana and Dilani. May her soul Rest in Peace.

Beloved husband of Chandra, beloved brother of late Leelawathie, Premawathie and Somawathie father of Chandrasiri (Railway Station Master, Balapitiya), Gamini (Survey Department), Ranjith (Retired Tyre Corporation), Vishaka, Lakshman (City Traffic Police, Colombo), Ashoka (Customs Department), Anura, Saliya (Survey Department) and father-in-law of Bandu, Hema, Seetha (Ministry of Constitution Affairs), Basil Arambewala (retired Government Press), Anoma (Survey Department), Krishanthi (International School, Wellawatta), Hemamali (Bank of Ceylon, Kuruwita), expired.
