Interim mechanism - JVP a spoiler From Tamil Press by S. Selvakumar The Thinakaran on Monday quoted Government Peace Secretariat and said
final touches were being put to establish a joint mechanism with the LTTE to
distribute relief in the tsunami devastated areas in the Northeast. At a
provincial chief ministers conference it was decided to fill all vacancies
in the councils before the end of March.
