Premier Pacific has purchased Sherman Sons headquarters property for over Rs. 230 million. The proposed 'Premier Pacific Regency' residential apartment complex will uplift the street facade of Sangaraja Mawatha at Technical College Junction, Colombo 10. The complex will be developed by Premier Pacific Topaz (Pvt) Ltd., a foreign direct investment, BOI-approved company backed by Premier Pacific International (Pvt) Ltd., and Sunshine (Far East) Ltd., of Hong Kong. A significant part of the financing will be through Commercial Bank of Ceylon Ltd. Premier Pacific Regency would consist of twin towers with 110 luxury apartments each and 225 car parking slots. The facilities offered include a modern 50-feet long elevated swimming pool and pool deck between the twin towers, a clubhouse, gymnasium and health spa at rooftop level surrounded by a natural turf garden lined intermittently by aquariums and flowers troughs. A spokesman for Premier Pacific said that the apartment layouts have been meticulously planned based on the market surveys and research conducted by the company. The complex offers 20 apartment designs and options of customising to meet the requirements of individual customers. |
