Excellence award for Air Arabia's Colombo operation Air Arabia's Colombo operation received an Award of Excellence at the recently concluded 'Air Arabia Commercial Conference 2006' at the Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, Falujah UAE. "This award was given in recognition of the distinct enhancement in the areas of market mix, revenue management, customer service as well as brand awareness and image displayed by Colombo" said Manager Sri Lanka for Air Arabia, Mayank Dhingra. "We are delighted to have received this accolade and it will motivate our team to deliver an equally impressive performance for the coming year as well'". Dhingra said they had identified certain focus areas based on customer demand and had invested considerable energies in developing their product accordingly. 'We are pleased by the fruits of our labour and would like to stress the fact that this could not have been achieved without the support of our valued customers and trade partners who provided us with unstinted support". Air Arabia LLC is the first and only low-fares airline in the Middle East and North Africa, and has demonstrated strong growth and expansion plans. The airline announced its first new destination for this year with three flights a week to the Iranian capital, Tehran recently. |
