Swiss, Norwegians on the ready in Geneva The Norwegian and Swiss missions to the UN in Geneva are in consultation in preparation for the pace talks between the Sri Lankan government and LTTE. The venue being Geneva, the UN mission has been the most convenient liaison point and sources said "the Swiss and Norwegians are both there physically, and so it helps.'' The Swiss Ambassador in Sri Lanka Bernadino Ragatzzoni visited Killinochchi on Friday, where he met Tiger political wing leader Thamilchelvan and it is understood that the issues discussed were all of a logistical nature, with regard to travel arrangements etc., The talks will be held in Geneva at a location as yet undisclosed.
