Ceylinco Developers launch second township project

Millennium City, the second township project at Athurugiriya was launched by Ceylinco Developers (Pvt) Ltd. recently.

Ceylinco Developers has three Millennium City township projects in Ja-ela, Athurugiriya and Kurunegala.

Our vision is to provide houses in an eco-friendly, calm and serene environment to people who clamour for such facilities.

The modern housing concept demands residencies away from the hustle and bustle of life. It is for this purpose that we have architectural and designed houses, Director Marketing, Ceylinco Developers Ltd., Mevan Seresinhe said.

The Ceylinco Group introduced the Millennium City Housing concept in 1999 with the Ja-ela project inaugurated by former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga.

Millennium City Houses are categorised as luxury and non-luxury houses. Houses are built according to the customer's requirements, he said.

The Athurugiriya Millennium City on 160 acres is divided into seven zones.

The zones categorised as Paradise, Olympus and Heartland include shopping complexes, shop houses, 24-hour security service, recreational and sports facilities.
