Air force destroys two LTTE Artillery guns

Air force jets have destroyed two Tiger artillery guns positioned in Poonaryn, according to latest intelligence reports.

"Fighter jets took an accurate hit on the gun positions," said a military official.

Two 130 mm heavy artillery guns positioned in Kalmunai point (K point) were destroyed by the air strikes which were conducted at 1.30 pm, according to reports.
