A great way to dine

Referring to the Great Wall of China the Emperor Genghis Khan had said "The strength of a wall depends on the courage of those who defend it".

The Great Wall of China is an ancient fortification built during the end of the 14th Century till the beginning of the 17th during the Ming Dynasty in order to protect China from raids by Mongol and Turkic tribes. The wall stretches over a formidable 6,350 km. In 1987 it was made a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Here, in the heart of Colombo amidst the busy but balmy city environment stands the Great Wall Restaurant with an aura of authenticity, cool and comforting and an amiable service. The present facility comprises of two fully air-conditioned authentic Chinese restaurants at 491, Galle Road, Colombo 3 and 10, Jayantha Weerasekera Mawatha, Colombo 10. Additionally, they have two Take Away Food Outlets in both these addresses as well as a stand alone at the Food Court in Majestic Citywhich are well differentiated and branded 'Great Lantern'.
