The world famous Italian Coffee known as Molinari Coffee is now available at the Galadari Hotel's Cafe 64 Pastry Shop.

Molinari Coffee is available in six different flavours such as Arabica Kenya Coffee-Pleasantly acid with a fruity fragrance and a pleasant Chocolate, Decaffeinato Espresso Coffee - Rich in flavour and aroma, finely spiced, full body and moderate acidity in perfect subtle balance, Arabica Guatemala Coffee - particularly fragrant and harmonious with medium acidity fruit aroma and good body, Espresso Aromatizzato - Irish Cream, Caffe Espresso - Qualita Espresso Oro, Java - Robusta WIB.

The Caffe Molinari trademark has strong links with its history, which stems back to the beginning of the nineteenth century. Its success is due to entrepreneurs, an entire family, characterized by a shrewd blend of commitment and professionalism, passion and a unique sense of humour.

The family business started as "Ditta Giuseppe Molinari" operating in the food sector, then spread its branches throughout the Emilia region earning itself a reputation with local specialities and in 1880 the business "Ditta Fratelli Molinari" became an accredited supplier to the Royal House of Savoy.

The next important step was the opening of the "Bar Molinari" on July 15, 1911, in the heart of Modena, in the via Emilia, one of the first places in the city for coffee tasting and the first in Italy to be defined under the modern description of a "Bar".

The success gained in the city encouraged the family to branch out into the coffee-roasting field.
