Since its inception over three decades ago The Alhambra specialty
Moghul restaurant at the Holiday Inn, continues to dazzle its patrons
with the finest Indian cuisine, prepared to traditional recipes. Indian
cuisine is indeed a fine art which calls for an indepth knowledge of

This art of colourful cooking has been redefined at the Alhambra by
Master Chefs Sanjay Prasad and Sathosh Chaniyal.
This cosy restaurant with its newly refurbished interior is the

as the Alhambra opens its ornamented wooden doors, to a wonderful Indian
buffet, which is a spectacular display of dishes laden with wholesome
food.
The dessert section is a riot of colour with traditional Indian
sweets, bathed in sugar syrup. The calm melodies coming from a Sitar,
which form part of an Oriental orchestra, will serenade you into the
mystic bygone era of the famous Moghul Emperors, whose fascination and
