Caltex reinforcing the organisation's winning ways

Caltex One - One Team, One Battle, One Goal, One Destination was the theme for the event when Caltex Lubricants Lanka Limited participated in a team building program in Kalutara. The program was to reinforce team spirit, unity and most of all the winning ways of the organisation.

The highlight of the event was a series of exercises in which the organisation having been broken into six teams were faced with the challenge of not only completing the tasks, but also to finish ahead of the other competing teams.

The program was designed to reinforce a sense of camaraderie among the employees and also to encourage the development of ideas to approach each tasks successfully and in a more meaningful manner.
