Indo-French Business Forum 2006 from Dec. 2-8
The Indo-French Business Forum 2006 will be held from December 2-8 in
New Delhi under the General Program and the agro business and food
processing sector program.
Among them are the B-to-B meetings at La Meridien and the IFE
(International Food, Drinking and Hospitality Exhibition) at Pragati
Maidan and a reception at the French Embassy in New Delhi.
This multi-sector event includes sectors such as communication
agro-food industry, wine confectionary consultancy, constructions,
cosmetics, energy, waste management, IT and pharmaceuticals.
All the participants will have free access to the 'experts-village'
area to meet business experts, legal advisers and bankers who will be at
hand to give practical advice on every aspect of doing business in
France and learn more about the French market.
The India Food Exhibition, the largest annual food related event
taking place in India, organised in partnership with Sopexa and
Montgomery, will be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from December
7-8 parallel to the Indo-French business Forum.
Organised by Ubifrance (the French Agency for International Business
Development) and the French Trade Commissions in South Asia in
partnership with FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and
Industry) and the Sri Lanka France Business Council of the Ceylon
Chamber of Commertce, the main objective of Indo-French Business Forum
2006 is to provide an opportunity to initiate business talks between
French and South Asian companies and provide a gateway for future
partnership.
Delegates from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Pakistan are
expected to participate in the Indo-French Business Forum 2006 along
with around 200 French companies and over 700 Indian companies. |
